Maggie Williams, M.A., ALC - Licensed Counselor
I know firsthand how painful it can be to be stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression and trauma.
Drawn early to the mind's complexities by my own childhood struggles, I sought to unravel these mysteries through a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling at Belmont University. Living in Nashville for nine years, I embarked on a personal therapy journey, confronting the shadows of my youth and learning to love myself authentically. This path of healing and growth has profoundly transformed my relationships and how I embrace love in its many forms. Each step continues to shape my understanding of myself and the intricate tapestry of human emotion.
